One of the lone bright spots for the last place Regina Pats, Bell stock just keeps rising every day. He is a reliable defensemen in his own end, physical and tough to play against. He also contributes in the offensive zone as he currently has 33 points, 11 of which are goals through his 51 games so far. Not afraid to drop the mitts either, he should fit in well with which ever team selects him. Look for him to go late in the first or really early in the second.
